This is a 100% free-range Irish chicken that is primarily fed corn to give it a unique buttery flavour. It makes the chicken superbly tender and it is very high in protein.

Marinated Chicken Breast
These are 100% Irish chicken breasts, scored and marinated for extra flavour. These are generous portions flavoured with our Moore Street secret marinade.
Irish Free Range Whole Chicken
Naturally plump, firm and meaty. Full of old-fashioned rustic flavour
Succulent and full of flavour. We can prepare on the bone or off, however you please. Best to phone in advance as our succulent Irish turkey is not always available. Known for being low in fat we guarantee your complete satisfaction.
Dry Rub Chicken Legs
These chicken legs are 100% Irish. Including our forever popular piri piri and barbecue rubs. We actually offer dry rub, marinated, oil based and gluten free so please feel free to ask any of our craft butchers for their advice.
100% Irish chicken marinated in piri piri or stuffed breast on the bone (homemade stuffing). For your convenience our butchers prepare these for easy cooking. Simply roast for 35 to 40 mins at 180˚C. Comes with parboiled potatoes which cook within the same time.
Breast on the Bone
We break fresh Irish chickens daily on the bone for extra flavour and tenderness. Our butchers prepare and stuff them with our homemade stuffing daily. Lovely for lunch or dinner in the week.
Chicken Maryland (Breaded)
These are 100% Irish chicken breast. Tender, lean and juicy these fillets are coated in breadcrumbs that are seasoned nicely and have a crispy, crunchy texture.
Tasty, versatile and inexpensive. These 100% Irish chicken wings are perfect for a lunch snack or starter.
These tiny birds of the pheasant family pack a punch of flavour and are suitable for fast cooking or slow cooking. We think that they make a great starter or even have for supper (an old time Irish favourite).
Be careful not to overcook as they can dry easily. Wrap with Parma ham for a classic technique for cooking guinea fowl.
